Vehicle Interference

Humberside Police are investigating a report of Vehicle Interference on Rose Walk.

The incident occurred on 30/12/25 around 0:200 when we received a report of an unknown male on a pedal cycle trying car door handles in the area. Officers were nearby and at the location within two minutes but did not locate anyone matching the description.

To reduce the risk of your vehicle being stolen, please read through the below advice -

Keep your vehicle locked at all times

Make sure your vehicle alarm is set if it has one.

Consider using a steering wheel lock, we recommend Secured by Design accredited products.

Don't leave your keys or fobs where they can be easily found.

If your vehicle has keyless entry, use a faraday pouch to prevent a reply theft.

Park your vehicle in a garage if you can, or in a secure location.

If you have CCTV, park your vehicle where it will be covered.
